Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, focusing on enterprise software solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our cloud-based services.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in secure enterprise software solutions to drive growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely and effective follow-up with prospects and customers.
  • Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry and Defense Industrial Base (DIB) sector, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of quota attainment selling secure enterprise software solutions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Risk Management and/or Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently meet and exceed annual sales quotas of $1.2M+.
  • Network: Establish and maintain a robust network of existing customer relationships within the A&D industry/DIB sector.
  • Communication Skills: Articulate and persuasive, with the ability to communicate complex technical differentiators and business value to senior decision-makers.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as required.
