- Experience: 5+ years of quota attainment selling secure enterprise software solutions, with a proven track record of success.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Risk Management and/or Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Quota Attainment: Consistently meet and exceed annual sales quotas of $1.2M+.
- Network: Establish and maintain a robust network of existing customer relationships within the A&D industry/DIB sector.
- Communication Skills: Articulate and persuasive, with the ability to communicate complex technical differentiators and business value to senior decision-makers.
- Travel: Ability to travel as required.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Initiative: Ability to take initiative and be proactive in driving sales growth.
- Bachelor's Degree: Required.
