About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Land Asset Analyst Sr. to join our team. This role involves drafting and mapping property layouts, managing project documentation, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

This is a remote position with occasional visits to our Houston, TX office. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AutoCAD, project planning, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft and map property layouts using AutoCAD.
  2. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical drawings.
  3. Generate regular progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
