About the Position:As a Sr. Permitting Agent at Gray Hawk Land Solutions, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Your expertise in permit acquisition and management will be instrumental in helping us meet our objectives. We're looking for a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a team environment and possess strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire permits correctly and promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Participate in project start-up meetings and ensure understanding of all topics discussed.
  • Complete necessary paperwork.
  • Research ownership for surface and/or minerals.
  • Work with project managers, engineers, and surveyors to receive necessary documents.
  • Support surveying, drilling, and recording phases.
