Job Description

At Infinity Natural Resources, we are seeking a highly skilled Division Order Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our land management department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our title opinions, leases, and joint operating agreements. This is a full-time onsite position based out of our office location in Morgantown, WV or Houston, TX.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex title opinions, leases, and joint operating agreements to determine record title and contractual ownership.
  • Create and maintain revenue and joint interest billing decks.
  • Handle owner relations calls and emails, communicating with royalty and working interest owners regarding ownership.
  • Research legal suspense items and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to division orders.
  • Generate reports as requested.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be substituted.
  • 3+ years of division order experience specific to the Appalachian Basin.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to meet specific deadlines based on department needs and work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
