In our Northwest, Houston office, we are seeking a skilled Royalty Relations Analyst to join our Land Administration team.

About the Role

This position offers a competitive $60,000 - $80,000 per year salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience working in land administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client royalty relations inquiries within a designated time frame.
  • Maintain accurate records of all royalty relations inquiries in Opportune's log system.
  • Assist in logging and filing necessary land-related paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations governing document management efforts.
  • Support staff in updating name and address records, tracking documentation, and corresponding with clients.
  • Participate in audit selection testing, escheat reporting, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the department.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workload demands.
