Job Description:

The IT Asset Management Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of IT asset records. This involves communicating with Service Delivery personnel to verify hardware deliveries, updating records in ServiceNow, and confirming the existence and location of assets in CostPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Service Delivery to ensure accurate hardware delivery reports
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in ServiceNow
  • Verify asset existence, location, and state in CostPoint
  • Remediate discrepancies in records with end-users
  • Support SACM analysts and Logistics in research and corrective actions
  • Improve data accuracy and process efficiency through research methods

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivation
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with accuracy and meet demanding timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ServiceNow
  • Experience with Costpoint or other ERP systems
  • Experience working in the NASA environment

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
