Customer Service Strategy Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Strategy Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global customer service strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a customer service strategy that drives business results
- Manage customer service teams and ensure best practices are followed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer service success
- Build relationships with external partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 10 years of experience in customer service, consulting, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as experience working with CRM tools like SalesForce.com.
Compensation:
- An annual salary of $150,000 - $200,000, based on experience
