About the Job:
UP Entertainment seeks an experienced Customer Support Strategist to lead our team of customer service representatives. This strategic role is responsible for driving process optimization, elevating service standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, excellent communication skills, and experience with Zendesk and CRM tools.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
* Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues
* Collaborate with technology, operations, and programming teams to resolve issues
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 10-15 years of professional experience, including 5 years in leadership and 5 years managing customer service
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Experience with Zendesk and CRM tools
