As a leader, you will be responsible for driving exceptional results in a customer-centric call center environment. Your exceptional customer service, communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills will make you an ideal fit for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 - $72,000 per annum, medical, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO plus 10 major holidays off, and a 401K retirement plan.
