High-Powered Generator Service Specialist

Talent Strategy is seeking a skilled High-Powered Generator Service Specialist to join our field service team. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial and industrial generators on-site.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience servicing generators, ideally with exposure to units 500kW and above.
We offer a competitive salary of $30-$42 per hour, plus commission, with potential for overtime pay. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401k matching, and comprehensive company-paid training.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair generators across commercial and industrial sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repair services.
- Operate load banks and record instrumentation during service operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience servicing generators.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, transfer switches, diesel engines, and circuitry.
- Familiarity with data centers, substations, or similar environments is a plus.
- Overtime pay for callouts.
- Training on internal processes provided.
