Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Collaborate with financial center managers to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with bankers and other team members to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail banking setting.
  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
