We are dedicated to supporting the warfighter through the development, modernization, and production support of naval tactical equipment, fire control systems, and specialized testing apparatus.

Key Qualifications:
Extensive experience in the design, development, and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and assemblies.
Strong understanding of military standards relevant to tactical military equipment design and development.
Proficient knowledge of electrical and electronic industry standards, including those established by IEEE and IPC.
Experience in printed circuit board (PCB) design utilizing computer-aided design tools.
Skilled in operating and controlling testing equipment with scripting languages such as LABVIEW or MATLAB.
Experience addressing diminishing manufacturing sources (DMS) and managing electrical component obsolescence in existing designs.
Familiarity with EMI/RFI standards and their implementation.
Knowledge of electrical power standards and power system design.
Proficient in technical writing and preparation of MIL-STD documentation.

Major Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test electrical equipment, components, circuits, or systems.
Apply mathematical and engineering principles to design solutions.
Conduct extensive testing and validation of designs to ensure reliability, performance, and safety standards are met.
Research and explore new technologies to innovate and create solutions or products.

Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Technical expertise; analytical thinking; problem-solving capabilities.

Required Education:
Associate's Degree.

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree.

Discipline/Major:
General Engineering or a specialized Engineering degree is required.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a relevant role.

Applicant Requirements:
Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Pay Range (USD): $74,000 - $138,450.00


Additional Compensation:
Eligible candidates may participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.

PTO, Holiday, and Family Leave:

Employees receive 11 paid holidays and 120 hours of PTO annually, along with up to 3 weeks of paid family leave.
