Director, Learning and Development

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our learning and development initiatives. As Director, Learning and Development, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs for all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality training content
  • Measure the impact of training programs and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with e-learning and webinar facilitation a plus
