Bilingual Customer Service Coach

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Coach to join our team at Flex Employee Services. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for supervising and developing new customer service consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new agents through multi-week training during onboarding training classes
- Provide coaching and mentoring to new consultants
- Develop and implement training programs to support customer service goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless training and onboarding processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years recent virtual facilitator/training experience
- Minimum 2 years proven people management and coaching/mentoring experience
- Relevant training industry certifications preferred
- Minimum 2 years contact center experience, telecom or insurance programs preferred
- Average proficiency level in Microsoft Office 365 applications
