Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Staff Matters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotations and proposals to customers and sales teams.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse staff to schedule and monitor delivery of goods.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in account management.
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring Electronic Data Interchange for established customers.
  • Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person.
  • Basic arithmetic skills, including gross profit calculations.
  • Ability to analyze problems and data to create viable solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
