Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual healthcare customer service representative to assist patients in resolving their medical balances. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare billing and finance, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients in resolving their medical balances over the phone
  • Negotiate and collect payments from patients
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in healthcare billing and finance
  • Understanding of HIPAA
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
