Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Aide to join our team at La Frontera Arizona, Inc. As a Recovery Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families in their recovery journey, promoting wellness, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and families in navigating the behavioral health system, providing support and guidance to enhance their recovery and promote wellness.
  • Work collaboratively with Recovery Coaches to provide rehabilitation and support services, promoting a recovery-based approach to care.
  • Assist in implementing service plans, working directly with clients to develop and achieve their goals.
  • Provide support and rehabilitation services in the community, client's home, or office, as appropriate.
  • Consult with and make referrals to other community agencies to provide needed services.
  • Complete documentation for behavioral health records, adhering to agency and funding source requirements.
  • Relate your own recovery process or family experience in a positive and supportive manner, coaching, role modeling, and mentoring clients and families.
  • Communicate with the clinical team regarding client's level of independent functioning and current levels of support provided.
  • Provide crisis support as needed and notify Supervisor/team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Personal recovery experience and certification as a Recovery Support Specialist through a recognized training agency (if providing peer support services).
  • 21 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, valid AZ driver's license, automobile insurance, and good driving record.
