Bilingual Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of customer service agents in an on-site environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising agents in a call center/contact center environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of customer service agents.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Utilize technology and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Ensure agents meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of operational leadership experience.
- Proven experience supervising agents in a call center/contact center environment.
- Proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools.
- Spanish Bilingual proficiency (will be required to pass an assessment).
