Are you a customer service professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish? We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tucson, AZ.

About the Role

This is an in-office position that requires you to commute to our location at 3050 S. M L King Jr Way, Tucson, AZ 85713. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. You should have outstanding customer service skills and/or experience, as well as solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills. You'll be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
