Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned and strategic Chief Operations Officer to become a vital part of our leadership team, steering operational excellence for a rapidly expanding Fast Casual Restaurant group.

In this role, you will take charge of overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring that our standards for quality, service, and efficiency are consistently met. This position demands a visionary leader with extensive experience in the restaurant sector, exceptional operational insight, and a proven track record of enhancing performance across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Supervise the daily operations of all restaurant sites, ensuring they function smoothly and effectively. Establish and uphold high standards of operational protocols and best practices.
  • Financial Oversight: Create and manage budgets, track financial performance, and implement strategies to meet sales and profitability objectives. Review financial reports to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, mentor, and cultivate a team of Area Directors, Regional Managers, and restaurant managers. Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee an outstanding customer experience across all locations. Address customer feedback and concerns swiftly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction rates.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure all locations adhere to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to confirm compliance and operational integrity.
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency. Identify and leverage market trends and opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Uphold and promote the company’s brand values and image. Ensure consistent branding, marketing, and customer service efforts across all locations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in Multi-Unit Management, Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, or a similar role within the restaurant industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
