Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Act as the primary on-site coordinator for engaging and impactful events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Pre-Event Planning: Participate in virtual meetings with stakeholders to align on event details and expectations.
  • On-Site Management: Take charge of event execution, including setup, coordination with teams, and ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees.
  • Guest Relations: Manage the check-in process, providing a warm welcome to all participants.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues that arise during the event, from supply shortages to technical difficulties, and escalate as necessary.
  • Post-Event Duties: Assist in the breakdown of the event, ensuring all materials are returned to the distribution center.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate contract work as needed.
  • Experience in managing both large-scale and intimate events.
  • Proven ability to maintain composure and find solutions in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel locally for events.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.
