Territory Manager Job Summary

The Territory Manager will be responsible for growing and maintaining a sales organization of dealers/contractors who produce profitable sales to meet or exceed the assigned Mingledorff's objectives for a designated territory. The ideal candidate will promote directly and/or indirectly the sales of the Company's products and services, with the overall best interests of the Company to utility companies and builder partners.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales goals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers/contractors to promote Company products and services

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the sales organization

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales strategies and improve results

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field

• Proven track record of success in sales and sales management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other sales-related software

Travel Requirement:

Up to 75% travel to contractors/customers requiring some overnight stay, travel to industry-related conferences and training requiring some extended stay.
