Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and maintaining a sales organization of dealers/contractors who produce profitable sales to meet or exceed the assigned Mingledorff's objectives for a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R sales and a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers/contractors to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide training and development opportunities to sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC/R sales and sales leadership.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborative and results-driven approach to sales leadership.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 75% travel to contractors/customers requiring some overnight stay, travel to industry-related conferences and training requiring some extended stay.
