Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Palm Springs, PA.
This role will be responsible for maximizing sales and margins within a designated territory while identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders
- Provide technical advice and support to customers and agents
- Travel to assigned territory to meet with customers, address concerns, and generate new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Report on sales results and provide insights to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in the utility industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and other sales-related software
