Position Summary

What Will You Do?

As a Facility Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the cleanliness of our premises to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of floors, restrooms, and waste disposal units throughout the facility.
  • Sanitizing various areas, including restrooms, communal spaces, and entryways.
  • Restocking essential supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and soap.
  • Dusting all reachable surfaces, including countertops, columns, light fixtures, window sills, and vents.
  • Conducting spot cleaning of lobby floors and performing thorough washes as required.
  • Vacuuming entrance mats in lobbies.
  • Wiping down and disinfecting desks, tables, and other office furnishings.
  • Emptying and sanitizing waste and recycling containers.
  • Cleaning and polishing glass surfaces, including windows and doors.
  • Vacuuming and mopping all office flooring, including carpets and hard surfaces.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and break room areas, including sinks, countertops, and appliances.
  • Preparing freshly brewed coffee on each floor before business hours commence.
  • Refreshing coffee supplies on each floor as necessary throughout the day.

Candidate Profile

Who Are We Seeking?

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Experience in floor care (ability to scrub, buff, and polish floors is an asset).
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • The capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure necessary coverage.
  • The flexibility to cover other shifts on short notice.
  • A clear criminal background check is required for this position.
