Job Description

Dobson Fiber is seeking a highly skilled Quote Desk Account Manager to oversee the Quote Desk Analyst and serve as the primary point of contact for existing customer accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of telecom products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quote Desk Management: Oversee the Quote Desk Analyst and manage day-to-day quote desk escalations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Coordinate with the sales team to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Act as a liaison between sales and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and deliverables.
  • Erate & Rural Healthcare Initiatives: Assist with compiling bid templates for RFPs and maintain account information for Erate and RHC accounts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management and/or the telecom industry.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of telecom products and services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
