Job Overview

Rudman Winchell is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our commercial real estate attorneys, handling tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and edit documents, including contracts, deeds, and other legal documents
  • Manage client files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing and sending documents
  • Assist attorneys with research and data collection for cases
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and firm matters at all times

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (paralegal studies, business administration, etc.)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a paralegal or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management applications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.
