About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our cardiac unit team as an administrative assistant. In this role, you will provide critical support to the nursing staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the cardiac unit team, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Process physician orders, including transcribing and flagging charts appropriately
  • Coordinate the safe transport of patients and other items as directed
  • Maintain a safe environment, adhering to Northern Light Health policies and procedures
