Business Development Manager

Rockline Industries & Iatric Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing items and relationships and supporting profitable sales growth for Rockline.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Walmart/Sam's Club, to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Bachelor's Degree required and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prepare and present information, internally and externally, and respond to related questions.
- Possess the ability to identify and critically analyze information, recognizing opportunity and recommending action.
- Ability to be flexible and work in an environment where process isn't always clearly defined.
- Ability to organize and multitask throughout the day.
- Must be able to prioritize work with appropriate sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
