Job Summary

GPAC is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development plans that align with company goals and adapt to the changing healthcare market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing in the healthcare sector, and success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective business development strategies within the healthcare and/or AEC sectors.
  • Expertise in CRM software and various business development tools.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
