We are currently in search of a proficient Administrative Coordinator to enhance our operations. This full-time role encompasses a variety of intricate administrative responsibilities, management of communications, coordination of events, and additional tasks as needed.

Primary Duties:
  • Execute administrative functions for a designated department
  • Oversee communication channels including mail, electronic correspondence, and telephonic interactions
  • Facilitate activities related to education
  • Assist committees with scheduling and maintaining records
  • Track and manage office supply levels
  • Undertake other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Associate's Degree

Professional Experience: 1-3 years

Competencies:

Essential: Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, proficiency in computer applications

Preferred: Project management expertise, customer service orientation, data entry capabilities
