Job Summary

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to support a department or program. The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex administrative tasks, including proofreading, editing, and coordinating scheduling for meetings and events.
  • Manage communications via mail, email, and phone, ensuring timely and effective responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate education-related activities, including Continuing Medical Education and accreditation.
  • Support committees with scheduling, setup, and recording minutes, and transcribing.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies as necessary.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, with a focus on scheduling, event coordination, and managing communications.
  • Preferred experience in grant writing, application processes, and managing grant-funded projects.
Desired Skills and Knowledge
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and practices
  • Proficiency in computer and network operating systems
