Administrative Coordinator

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences seeks a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to support a department or program. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex administrative duties, including financial management, travel arrangements, project coordination, event planning, and contract oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a department or program, including scheduling, event coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage financial transactions, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Plan and execute events, including conferences, workshops, and meetings.
- Oversee contracts, including negotiation, execution, and renewal.
- Generate reports and databases to support departmental operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Preferred experience in grant writing, application processes, and managing grant-funded projects.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
