Field Outreach Coordinator

Job Overview

As a Field Outreach Coordinator at Call the Car, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with transportation providers and facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct site visits, engage in outreach efforts, and provide education and training to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular site visits to transportation providers to verify adherence to contract standards.
  2. Engage in outreach efforts to expand and enhance our network and facility partnerships.
  3. Provide education and training to transportation providers and facilities on Call the Car programs.
  4. Monitor trips in real-time and provide detailed reporting on field observations to inform and improve operational practices.
  5. Perform field investigations, including inspecting transportation provider vehicles and assessing compliance risks.

Requirements:

  1. Must pass a Criminal Background Screening.
  2. Must pass government exclusion list at time of hire and monthly thereafter.
  3. Familiarity with various basic PC usages.
  4. Must possess a valid Class C driver's license or higher.
  5. Must pass insurance driver standards at the time of hire and be able to maintain insurable status throughout employment.
  6. Able to type at least 40 wpm.
  7. Customer Service experience preferred.
  8. Availability to work any day and any shift, holidays, and weekends.
