Job Overview

As a key member of the Call the Car team, the Field Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships between transportation providers, facilities, and our organization. This role requires a unique blend of communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with transportation providers and facilities through regular face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and group presentations.
  2. Conduct scheduled and random site visits to verify adherence to contract standards, including vehicle inspections and spot checks to ensure safe and reliable transportation.
  3. Assist with company initiatives and projects, focusing on outreach and expansion of our network and facility partnerships.
  4. Visit facilities regularly to conduct face-to-face meetings with staff and management, ensuring open communication and addressing operational concerns.
  5. Create detailed reports based on observations and findings from the field visits, collaborating with various departments to identify risks, address issues, and implement improvements.
  6. Engage and inform transportation providers and facilities about Call the Car programs and services.
  7. Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other privacy regulations by protecting PHI and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. Must pass a Criminal Background Screening.
  2. Must pass government exclusion list at time of hire and monthly thereafter.
  3. Familiarity with basic PC usage.
  4. Must possess a valid Class C driver's license or higher.
  5. Must pass insurance driver standards at the time of hire and maintain insurable status throughout employment.
  6. Able to type at least 40 wpm.
  7. Customer Service experience preferred.
  8. Availability to work any day and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
