HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Coordinator/Admin to support our HR department at ODORZX INC. in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation for new hires
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Assist with performance management processes
- Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Maintain HR requirements and compliance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ADP Total Source Software/System and Deputy Time Clock Software
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
