Ironwatch Security is a leading name in the security industry, seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to take on the role of District Operations Leader. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage and oversee multiple locations, ensuring that our operations align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on leadership to ensure operational excellence through effective training, coaching, and performance management of restaurant managers and their teams.
  • Participate in strategic planning and business meetings to contribute to the growth and success of the district.
  • Evaluate and enhance conflict resolution skills among management, fostering open communication across all levels.
  • Collaborate with human resources on district-related investigations and support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee a minimum of six locations, partnering with regional directors on hiring, promotions, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and government regulations across all restaurants in the district.
  • Work closely with the operations director on site selection and budget planning for new restaurant openings.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as sales, labor, and food costs, working with managers to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Develop strategic initiatives with restaurant managers to enhance brand visibility in the community.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in leadership roles, preferably at the district manager level or higher.
  • Experience managing multiple restaurant locations within a quick-service or full-service chain.
  • Willingness to relocate is a plus.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in restaurant operations, including back-of-house processes and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong understanding of operational practices, procedures, and techniques.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence and motivate teams.
  • Capability to implement strategic directions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capacity to stand and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform various physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting.
  • Proficient in using computers and office equipment.

Other Requirements:

  • Exempt leaders are expected to fulfill job responsibilities with a minimum of 50 hours per week.
  • Must be available to support operations that run extended hours throughout the week.
  • Travel may be required for site visits and meetings.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record is essential.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.

Certifications:

  • Food Safety Certification may be required based on local regulations.
  • Food Handler's Certification is necessary.
