Position Overview:

The General Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations across multiple dining and retail concepts. This leadership position is crucial for ensuring operational excellence and high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of teamwork and success within the unit.
  • Manage the procurement process and oversee budgetary compliance.
  • Monitor and project weekly sales and cost metrics.
  • Ensure efficient staffing aligned with labor budgets.
  • Supervise scheduling for both management and crew members.
  • Lead and mentor the management team and staff.
  • Uphold and enhance standards for food quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide the team to meet and exceed financial targets.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree in hospitality management or culinary arts.
  • 3 to 5 years of senior management experience in multi-unit operations.
  • Experience in retail management is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and financial forecasting.
  • Background in culinary arts and fine dining is beneficial.
  • Commitment to exceptional service for customers and team members.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on integrity and work ethic.
  • Ability to train and develop team members effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
