Key Responsibilities
  • Direct or indirect supervision of all on-site PrimeFlight personnel.
  • Oversee the management of airport operations, including customer service, safety, and security.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless airport operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or higher in a related field, such as business administration or aviation management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in airport operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as Certified Airport Executive (CAE) or Certified Manager (CM).
  • Experience with airport operations software and systems.
