Job Summary:

The Assistant General Manager - Operations at Pei Wei Asian Kitchen is responsible for executing the store plan to achieve established standards, sales, and profits by staffing, personnel training, operating, and maintaining the store such that guest satisfaction is maximized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control Labor and Food Costs: Develop and implement strategies to optimize labor and food costs, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Business Performance Management: Analyze sales and profit trends, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address unfavorable trends.
  • Team Leadership: Build, motivate, and train a high-performing team required to operate the store effectively.
  • Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience: Twelve (12) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
