Job Overview

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations in a medical equipment and supply environment. Your key duties will include:

  • Phone Management: Responding to incoming calls and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Client Interaction: Welcoming clients and patients with professionalism.
  • Chart Preparation: Organizing and preparing patient charts for appointments.
  • Patient Intake: Conducting thorough patient intake processes.
  • Insurance Verification: Confirming insurance eligibility and physician details.
  • Financial Transactions: Collecting co-pays and deductibles, as well as managing patient invoices.
  • Documentation: Filing and maintaining accurate patient records.

Note: Candidates with a background in medical terminology and front desk experience are preferred.
