Electrical Operations Coordinator

Corbin Electrical Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Electrical Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of projects from lead contact through installation, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Track marketing sources of incoming leads to optimize our sales strategy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule estimates and installations, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
- Generate and distribute appointment postcards and mailings to promote our services.
- Obtain necessary permits for all projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate utility mark-out services to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Assist in sales and customer relationship efforts by following up on estimates and installations, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the success of our operations.
Requirements:
- Reliable and able to maintain scheduled appointments with minimal disruptions.
- Able to prioritize independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, articulate, concise, and patient when interacting with customers.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel), internet, and general computer use.
- Organized and a quick learner, with a strong ability to adapt to changing conditions.
