Job Title: Automotive Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Pitre Kia of Albuquerque. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate department, and take messages when necessary.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it's clean and organized.
  • Provide basic information to customers about our dealership and its services.
  • Generate temporary and demo tags.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer software.
