Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Pamela Perrone - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Business Development: Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day, and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives, and participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • License Requirements: Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
