The Culinary Team Leader role is pivotal within our kitchen brigade, guiding and mentoring staff to ensure exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and develop team members to achieve their highest potential.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation.
  • Achieve financial objectives and manage budgets efficiently.
  • Set benchmarks for culinary excellence and oversee kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with kitchen management protocols, including cleaning schedules and temperature checks.
  • Assist in menu development and monitor production standards.
  • Conduct daily quality checks to uphold flavor and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory and collaborate with purchasing to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Provide training on culinary skills and menu knowledge to team members.
  • Facilitate pre-shift meetings to prepare staff for upcoming events.
  • Support the onboarding process for new culinary team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a culinary leadership role.
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and financial acumen.
  • Passion for hospitality and culinary arts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and management abilities.
