Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a WOW Coordinator. This role is responsible for creating memorable experiences for our clients, VIP Club members, and team. As a key member of the WOW Department, you will operate under the guidance of the Director of Client Relations and the Managing Partner.

The ideal candidate will be a warm, friendly, and outgoing individual who thrives on bringing joy to others. You will have the unique responsibility of finding creative ways to make each interaction special, whether it's preparing thoughtful gifts, hosting community events, or delivering wine to neighbors during an open house.

This is a flexible schedule position, with the option to work 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, or 5 hours per day, 4 days per week. Some weekend work is required, usually one weekend per month.

Responsibilities
  • Track and maintain inventory of gifts, branded assets, and supplies
  • Prepare gifts and source new gift ideas
  • Pick up and deliver gifts in the Pasadena and surrounding areas
  • Assist with WOW events, including Family Park Day, Bike Build, Pumpkin Patch, and other community events
  • Help execute on WOW Department projects and initiatives
  • Photograph gifts and upload to Google and/or
  • Assist with preparing and assembling marketing materials
  • Manage calendar to ensure gifts are delivered on time
  • Keep database updated
  • Provide general administrative support to the office when needed
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and car
  • 21+ years old (to deliver and pick up alcohol)
  • Ability to work on weekends and flexible schedule
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week
  • Personable and friendly communicator, as this role is client-facing
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
