Job Overview:

This is a full-time role with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday during daytime hours.

Compensation is provided on a bi-weekly basis.

Role Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for designated TAFS clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high standard of service for clients.
  • Providing consistent communication and professionalism in client interactions.
  • Educating clients on the effective use of TAFS tools and standard funding processes.
  • Addressing or escalating client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Strong rapport-building skills over the phone.
