Territory Sales Executive

**Job Summary:**
As a Regional Account Manager at Summit Fleet, you will be responsible for managing frontline communication with customers and prospective customers within an assigned region. This role involves handling inbound leads and calls, working to qualify and convert them into rental customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to visit in-person customers and prospective customers in your regional territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Grow existing active accounts to maturity by following up with each account monthly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year customer service experience and one year outside sales experience required.
- Good organizational and time-management skills required.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus eligible for monthly cash incentives for performance, and a generous benefits package.
