Job Overview

Position Summary: We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Specialist to utilize engineering principles and theories to enhance manufacturing processes and layouts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • 2-4 years of professional experience preferred
  • Capability to create sketches, engineering drawings, and perform standard calculations
  • Skilled in interpreting blueprints, technical schematics, and computer-generated documentation
  • Familiarity with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze time, motion, methods, and speed in maintenance and production to set standard production rates and enhance operational efficiency
  • Decode engineering diagrams, schematic representations, or formulas to establish quality and reliability benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards by reviewing worker logs, product processing documents, and specification sheets
  • Develop charts, graphs, and diagrams to represent workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and equipment utilization

Compensation: $40.00 to $51.00 per hour
