As you gain experience, you will gradually take on more independent design responsibilities, including making complex design decisions, representing TJW Engineering, Inc. in client discussions, and mentoring junior team members. Ultimately, you will progress to managing small projects independently, paving the way for greater mid-level responsibilities within the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Engineering-in-Training certification or the ability to obtain it within a year.
  • 0-3 years of experience in civil or traffic engineering.
  • Strong foundation in civil engineering and/or traffic engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a civil or traffic engineering environment.
  • Advanced skills in AutoCAD.

Compensation: $58,500 - $76,000

The salary range and benefits provided are based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
